POST /discord/guilds/{guildId}/events POST

Create a scheduled event: external (location and endsAt), voice or stage (channelId). Needs Manage Events

PATCH /discord/guilds/{guildId}/events/{eventId} PATCH

Update any subset; status cancelled cancels the event (kept in the server's history)
