GET /accounts/{id}/telegram-commands GET

The bot commands ("/" menu) set for this Telegram account, and startLink: the t.me link that opens a private chat with the bot bound to this account (its messages then arrive in the inbox)

PUT /accounts/{id}/telegram-commands PUT

Replace the bot commands shown in the account's group (channels have no command menu) and in the private chats bound to it (best effort: failures there are warnings). The shared bot scopes commands per chat
