GET /accounts/{id}/tiktok/creator-info
TikTok creator_info, required before each post by TikTok's Content Sharing Guidelines: nickname, privacy levels the creator allows now (allowedNow false while the app is unaudited), interaction toggles, max video duration, commercial content options. Errors when TikTok says the creator cannot post right now (e.g. spam_risk_too_many_posts → 429)
