PATCH /ads/campaigns/{id} PATCH

Update or pause a campaign: name, status (PAUSED, ACTIVE, ARCHIVED, DELETED), dailyBudget, lifetimeBudget, spendCap, stopTime. Pausing needs no confirm; ACTIVE and spend changes need confirm: true
