PATCH /ads/adsets/{id} PATCH

Update or pause a ad set: name, status (PAUSED, ACTIVE, ARCHIVED, DELETED), dailyBudget, lifetimeBudget, bidAmount, endTime, targeting. Pausing needs no confirm; ACTIVE and spend changes need confirm: true

Create a creative from a Page post (objectStoryId), an Instagram post (instagramMediaId) or a new link ad (link, message, headline, imageUrl or imageHash, callToAction). Spends nothing; no confirm needed
