Updated

Changelog

What changed in Postgale, newest first. Networks marked coming soon cannot be connected yet.

  • Telegram and Discord are live. Connect a Telegram channel or group with a one-time code, or pick a Discord server and channel on Discord, under Dashboard → Accounts; agents can then post, schedule, edit and delete there with the same approval and audit log. See Telegram and Discord, and the guides for each AI tool.
  • Add to Cursor: a button on the MCP docs and the Cursor guides installs the Postgale MCP server in Cursor in one click. Cursor then asks you to sign in to Postgale.
  • Guides for X, Telegram and Discord with each AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent). These networks are coming soon: the guides say what is planned and what works today.
  • MCP tools that send messages, reply in public, act on X (coming soon) or can spend money are now marked destructive, so AI clients that respect tool annotations ask before running them.
  • This changelog, and a visible “Updated” date on the home page and the MCP docs.
  • The waitlist asks where you want to connect your agents.

  • A guide for each AI tool and network, for example Claude and Instagram, all linked from a table on Guides.
  • New guide: how to let an AI agent post to social media safely.
  • Every guide, integration, use-case and comparison page has a Markdown version (add .md to the address) for AI tools that read pages.
  • Comparisons: a ranking of social media MCP servers by how much control you keep over the agent, and new pages for Blotato, Composio and PostEverywhere. The Ayrshare comparison now covers its post approvals.
  • The public site, docs and sign-in pages share one dark design.
  • Telegram and Discord are shown as coming soon everywhere on the site.
  • The waitlist has an optional “How did you hear about Postgale?” question, and every “Join the waitlist” link now lands on the form.

  • A new home page that answers the common questions in plain words: what Postgale is, how approval works, which networks are available, the MCP server and REST API, a comparison and an FAQ, with a live demo of a post going from agent to approval to published.
  • X is shown as coming soon across the site, the docs and the MCP tool descriptions.
  • New pages: comparisons with other social media APIs, setup guides for AI tools and use cases.
  • Dashboard: a new sidebar, a ⌘K search menu, links to the docs and API reference, and a bottom tab bar on phones with New post and the number of items waiting for approval.

  • Bluesky and Mastodon: posts, threads, images, video, link cards (Bluesky) and content warnings (Mastodon), deletes, and connecting from Dashboard → Accounts. Docs at /docs/bluesky and /docs/mastodon.
  • Telegram and Discord publishing built and documented. They are not available yet: both are coming soon.
  • Calendar: month and week views, post details in a side panel, and a shortcut to schedule a post on a given day.
  • Approvals inbox: posts and agent actions in one list, approve or reject in one click, keyboard navigation.
  • Compose: a live preview per network, one image or video for every account (upload or link), character counters per network, a date picker with presets, and Cmd+Enter to review.
  • Overview: a chart of publishing activity, two weeks back and two weeks ahead.
  • A redesigned dashboard with consistent page headers, tables and empty states.
  • The footer and legal pages name the operator, Logic Minds LLC, with its address and phone number.

  • TikTok: posts from an AI agent always wait for a person to choose the privacy, interaction and disclosure settings, and the maximum video length is checked before upload.
  • Facebook: Reels and video posts report their insights correctly.
  • Early access: new accounts are by invitation, and anyone can join the waitlist.
  • Web analytics (PostHog) on the public pages, described in the privacy policy.
  • Reddit removed as a platform.

  • Approval queue for agent actions: comment replies, direct messages, comment moderation and changes to live posts now wait for a person instead of being refused.
  • Sign in from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and VS Code: the MCP server supports OAuth 2.1 sign-in, you pick the workspace the app may use, and you can revoke it under Dashboard → Connected apps.
  • New developer docs at /docs with search and an API reference generated from the OpenAPI document.
  • Pages for each integration, guides for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and n8n, and llms.txt for AI assistants.

  • WhatsApp Business: connect a number with Meta’s Embedded Signup, send and receive messages, templates and media, with the 24-hour window enforced. Over the REST API and the MCP server.
  • WhatsApp numbers: search for a number, buy it and connect it to your WhatsApp Business Account.
  • Direct messages on Instagram and Facebook Messenger: list conversations, read and send messages, mark them read.
  • Facebook Pages and Threads publishing, and Instagram comments, insights, mentions and account health checks.
  • Meta Ads: boost a post, create campaigns, ad sets, creatives and audiences, read insights. Anything that can spend money needs an explicit confirmation and starts paused.
  • TikTok: creator info, profile and video statistics over the REST API and the MCP server, and a TikTok docs page.
  • Webhooks: a delivery log, redelivery and test events.
  • X support built (posts, threads, polls, media, replies, metrics and direct messages). It is not available yet: X is coming soon.

  • The hosted MCP server at https://postgale.com/mcp, sharing one service layer with the REST API.
  • Media storage with public links to use in posts.
  • Disconnecting accounts, data deletion requests from the platforms, and public privacy and terms pages.
  • Security: social account tokens are stored encrypted, media imports and webhooks cannot reach private networks, and approval cannot be skipped.
  • The Postgale name, brand and design.

  • First version: a REST API to publish to several social networks, a dashboard, and approvals that only a person in the dashboard can give (an API key cannot approve its own posts).
